What Your Porta Potty Rental Covers

Taxas Porta Rental Pros provides portable toilet delivery, placement, pickup, and related rental services listed in your estimate or service agreement. Unit type, rental dates, service visits, access needs, and site instructions should be confirmed before delivery.

The customer must provide a safe, level placement area and clear access for the delivery vehicle. Extra cleaning, pumping, relocation, emergency service, damage repair, or added units may require a separate agreement.

Construction customers should plan sanitation facilities consistent with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51. Accessible units and routes should reflect the 2010 ADA Standards.

Dallas event work may require planning under a City of Dallas Special Event Permit. Waste handling follows applicable 30 TAC Chapter 330 and Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 361 requirements.

TCEQ rules may apply to liquid waste transport. Taxas Porta Rental Pros does not obtain permits or manage unrelated site work unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled after Taxas Porta Rental Pros receives the requested location, rental dates, unit count, access details, and other information needed for delivery. A date is not reserved until the company confirms it in writing or accepts the booking under the applicable agreement.

Please provide cancellation requests and schedule changes as soon as possible. Notice periods, cancellation charges, pickup timing, and refund terms depend on the estimate or service agreement. A phone request may be followed by written confirmation.

Changes to unit type, quantity, placement, event timing, service frequency, or site access may affect availability and price. Taxas Porta Rental Pros must approve those changes before work proceeds. Weather, blocked access, unsafe conditions, traffic, permit limits, or conditions outside the company’s control may require a revised appointment.

Written Quotes and Payment Duties

An estimate describes the rental items and work known at the time it is prepared. It may list unit type, dates, delivery, pickup, routine service, taxes, fees, or other charges. An estimate is not a final agreement until the customer approves it and Taxas Porta Rental Pros confirms the booking.

Payment timing, deposits, accepted methods, and any balance due are stated in the written estimate or service agreement. The customer remains responsible for approved charges, added work, damage, extra servicing, disposal needs, or delay costs that arise under the agreement.

A requested change must be approved before Taxas Porta Rental Pros performs added work. The revised scope may change the total charge or appointment timing. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the company may pause service, delay pickup, or seek payment as allowed by the agreement and Texas law.

Standards for Rental Service Quality

Taxas Porta Rental Pros stands behind the delivery, placement, servicing, and pickup work expressly covered by the written agreement. Any workmanship warranty, service correction promise, or stated coverage period will appear in the estimate, invoice, or signed service terms. No specific duration should be assumed when the documents do not state one.

Customers should report a service concern as soon as it is noticed, with the rental address, unit number, and a description of the issue. The company may inspect the unit and decide whether a covered correction is appropriate.

Coverage may not apply to misuse, vandalism, unauthorized relocation, blocked access, customer-supplied alterations, excessive waste, chemical damage, weather events, or conditions outside the company’s work. A warranty does not replace payment duties or cover work that was not included in the approved scope. Written terms control if a conflict exists.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

To the extent allowed by law, Taxas Porta Rental Pros’ responsibility for a covered service issue is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. The company is not responsible for indirect loss, lost revenue, event disruption, or pre-existing site conditions unless the written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.

The customer remains responsible for accurate site information, safe access, ground conditions, utility locations, permits, crowd control, and protection of rented units. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized movement, vandalism, or third parties may be charged to the customer.

Service planning should account for OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, the 2010 ADA Standards, 30 TAC Chapter 330, and Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 361 where applicable. Dallas events may require a City of Dallas Special Event Permit.

TCEQ liquid waste transporter requirements apply to covered transport activities. These terms do not remove rights that Texas law does not permit a contract to waive.

Questions About These Rental Terms

Questions about these Terms of Service, an estimate, an invoice, or a scheduled rental may be sent to Taxas Porta Rental Pros. Call (844) 402-2049 or email contact@eliteportarentals.com. Written correspondence may be mailed to 2100 McKinney Ave, Suite 120, Dallas, TX 75201, United States.

Please include your name, service address, booking date, and a short description of the question. Written notices should use the email or mailing address above unless your agreement identifies another notice method.

Taxas Porta Rental Pros may revise these terms when business practices, services, or legal requirements change. The company will communicate updates through a posted website revision, email notice, booking documents, or another reasonable written method.

The version in effect when a service is approved controls that booking, unless a later change is required by law or accepted by both parties. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply to future inquiries and bookings.

Service Expert at Taxas Porta Rental Pros

I started in sanitation logistics after moving to Dallas in 2014, working with contractors who needed steady jobsite service during peak summer builds. I learned what actually matters—units that stay clean, trucks that show up on time, and clear pricing without surprises. In Texas, you deal with extreme heat, festival season crowds, and fast-moving emergency calls, so I built this company around getting those details right.
